For the past 10 years, Jackie has led our team with a commitment to excellence, ensuring our attorneys can focus on delivering top-notch legal services.

As the firm's backbone, Jackie is responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, maintaining a positive work environment, and supporting the attorneys. She’s a true jack-of-all-trades, overseeing a vast array of responsibilities from human resources to finance, technology to marketing, her expertise spans across the entire firm. Jackie leverages the knowledge and skills learned in her Executive MBA program on a daily basis.

Beyond her operational duties, Jackie works closely with the firm’s nine partners to identify opportunities, develop new initiatives, and ensure the firm's continued growth and success.  In every role, our Firm Administrator embodies the dedication and expertise that makes Dufford Waldeck thrive. Before joining our firm, Jackie demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by owning her own legal recruiting company. Her impressive career also includes a 13-year tenure at the Fortune 500 company, U S WEST, where she climbed the ranks to become Director of Legal Services. In that leadership role, Jackie oversaw a large team of over 100 attorneys and 50 staff members, showcasing her exceptional management skills. We are fortunate to have Jackie leading our firm to success.
