ABOUT TAYLOR
We're delighted to introduce Taylor J. McGaughey, an Associate in our Grand Junction office. Taylor graduated from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where he focused on local government and employment law. He is excited to assist the Western Slope community with its diverse array of legal issues.
Prior to attending law school, Taylor earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he studied history. After law school, Taylor traveled the world, settling in Hanoi, Vietnam, to teach English. In law school, Taylor served as a staff editor for the Transportation Law Journal and received the Hartje Objective Writing award. Additionally, he externed at the Arvada City Attorney’s office and law clerked at the Colorado Municipal League.
When not working, you can find Taylor exploring the vast open spaces of the Western Slope and participating in the local road races. Taylor is an avid marathoner who is always looking to achieve a new personal record.
