In 1964 founding partner DJ Dufford began building a successful water, real estate, and agricultural law practice that would grow to become Dufford, Waldeck, Milburn & Krohn, LLP.
Since then we’ve expanded our expertise and our 17 attorneys now handle a broad range of legal matters from civil litigation to estate planning. Our offices in Grand Junction and Montrose assist clients throughout Western Colorado and Eastern Utah.
We practice in federal and state courts in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, as well as before various administrative bodies.
