Arie Mielkus is an associate at Dufford Waldeck. Arie has always had a passion for natural resource law and litigation. After three years of practice as a Deputy Public Defender, Arie is energetic to embark on civil practice. With her years of litigation experience, she is an invaluable asset to our firm.

During her time as a law student, Arie threw herself into her law interests and was President of the Women’s Law Caucus as well as a member of the Public Land and Resource Law Review. She balanced these activities with several hours as a legal intern and a research assistant.

When Arie isn’t focused on providing the best legal services for her clients; you can find her running, hiking, paddleboarding, reading nonfiction and poetry, and exploring the vast and beautiful landscapes of Western Colorado with her family.
