ABOUT NATE
“I make the gas companies pay their bills.”
Nate sees success through his clients’ eyes, and that is his focus as a partner with Dufford Waldeck. Joining the firm in 1996, Nate has been a partner since 2001.
He stands out because he is willing to take on the big companies for the little guys. Nate assists farming and ranching families through effective litigation, as well as negotiations of mineral leases, land use agreements, and water rights issues to ensure the ongoing and future value of their investments in their real property. His goal is to simply achieve his clients’ goal. He understands his clients’ property is their livelihood and his service to them is fighting for their rights.
When Nate is out of the office he enjoys rafting, hiking, and spending time with his family.
