Austin is an associate at Dufford Waldeck and a University of Tulsa College of Law graduate. With a bachelor's degree in accounting, Austin’s natural interest is in business and transactional law, but it doesn't stop there. Eager to tackle matters from real property and estate planning to litigation, Austin is a ready advocate for his clients in every legal challenge.

During law school, Austin trained under a solo practitioner, gaining broad exposure to diverse areas of law. This experience helped Austin develop a very hands-on approach to the law and client relationships, both of which he considers hallmarks of providing excellent legal services.

After finishing law school, Austin moved from Oklahoma to Grand Junction to work for Dufford Waldeck and be closer to Colorado’s picturesque landscapes and countless outdoor activities. When not practicing law, Austin enjoys traveling and experiencing all that Grand Junction has to offer with his family.
