All clients can now pay their invoices and retainers electronically using a credit/debit card or ACH.

Electronic transactions are processed through ClioPay, a secure, state-bar-approved legal payment portal that accepts all major cards via phone, tablet, or computer. 

Payment Disclosures:

-  Credit Cards: To cover the cost of processing a credit card transaction, and pursuant to C.R.S. § 5-2-212, a processing surcharge will be added to credit card payments. This surcharge matches the actual 3% merchant fee incurred by the firm to process the transaction. 

-  No Fee Alternatives:  No surcharges will be added for payments made by debit card, ACH, bank account e-check, check, or cash.
