Nicholas Bjorklund joins DWMK

We are very pleased to announce that Nicholas S. Bjorklund will be joining the firm as Associate in the fall of 2016 upon his admission to the Colorado Bar. Nick graduated with honors in May 2016 from the University of Wyoming College of Law where he served as Articles Editor on the Editorial Board of the Wyoming Law Review. Nick’s focus is law school was on tax law, which he will continue at Dufford Waldeck under the mentorship of Bill Frey.

Nick graduated summa cum laude with his BBA, concentrating in economics and finance, from Colorado Mesa University in 2010. Before attending law school, Nick worked in the financial services industry for companies like Edward Jones and J.P. Morgan. Nick will be working at the firm as Law Clerk until he successfully passes the Bar. Nick recently moved back to Grand Junction, and outside the office he enjoys hiking, water skiing, and spending time with his family.
