GASP of Colorado (the Group to Alleviate Smoking Pollution) released the Third Edition of its publication: The Colorado Guide for Establishing No-Smoking Policies in Multi-Unit Housing this October. Annie Murphy, partner at Dufford Waldeck Law, has been a legal editor for all three editions of this booklet. She is a member of the Advisory Board for GASP and has worked with numerous landlords, property managers, and owners in making the transition to smoke-free housing.
