Dufford Waldeck requires all new clients to pay a minimum of $700 as a retainer. If you decide to proceed with your legal issue, the attorney will bill you at their hourly rate.

Filling out this form is just the first step in our new client intake process. Our intake coordinator will call you to discuss the steps necessary to establish an attorney-client relationship.
