Dufford Waldeck is open and happy to be helping our clients. Our priority continues to be the health and safety of our employees, clients, and business partners. We continue to work with our clients to limit in-person contact by conducting our meetings and hearings using video conferencing and phone calls rather than in-person meetings.
If we do need to meet in person, we ask you to wear a mask and we’ll sit at least 6 feet apart. Our conference rooms have been outfitted with sneeze guards for additional protection. After each client visit, we sanitize our lobby and conference spaces.
Most of the documents we exchange will be via email rather than in paper form. If we do need your original signature, along with notarizing or witnessing your important legal documents, we can meet with you safely in our office or curbside at your vehicle.
