We will limit in-person contact by conducting our meetings using video conferencing (we have several options available) and phone calls rather than in-person meetings. To the extent feasible, documents will be scanned and emailed rather than handled in paper form. Special arrangements will be made if paper documents are requested or original signatures and/or notarizing are required.
