Join us in Welcoming Rich Tuttle to our Firm!

We are so excited to welcome our newest Of Counsel, Richard B. Tuttle, to our firm! Rich joins us in March of 2023 after a long and successful career with the Grand Junction District Attorney's office.

Rich obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Colorado State University - Pueblo in 1983 before obtaining his JD from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1989. He was admitted to the Bar the same year.

Rich specializes in many forms of litigation including civil, governmental, and real estate. In 2012, Rich was named "Colorado Prosecutor of the Year" by the Colorado District Attorney's Council. He currently serves on the Judicial Performance Commission for the 21st Judicial District.

When Rich isn't working tirelessly in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lori, daughter Sydney, and son Christian. Rich and his family also have two dogs, Stark and Cowboy, that are very loved. Rich can be quite the avid reader, enjoying both fiction and non-fiction. You can also find him enjoying the Colorado outdoors while trail running and skiing.
