Advanced Fair Housing: Limited English Proficiency Plans on March 21st
Annie Murphy will be presenting a webinar for property owners and managers of multi-unit properties on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. The webinar is an hour long from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Topics to be discussed are HUD's Limited English Proficiency Plan requirements. Participants will review applicable laws and learn what a site must do in providing a Language Access or Assistance Plan to meet its LEP obligations, including the following points:
How to plan using the four-factor analysis
Best practices for putting the plan into practice
Requirements for monitoring and updating the plan
