Rich Krohn reappointed to Colorado Real Estate Commission


Rich Krohn has been reappointed by Governor Hickenlooper to a second 3 year term on the 5 member Colorado Real Estate Commission. The duties of the Real Estate Commission include administration of the law as it pertains to review of applications and issuance of real estate licenses; registration of subdivision developers; consideration and approval of new rules, regulations and contract forms; review of complaints against licensees; and the responsibility to impose disciplinary action against a licensee. The Commission is also instrumental in recommending and reviewing new legislation affecting the real estate industry. The Commission is supported by a staff of specialists who work closely with the Department of Regulatory Agencies and the Attorney General’s Office as well as other private and governmental agencies of related interest. Mr. Krohn’s appointment will run through April of 2019.
