Rich Krohn was delighted to be the Program Chair for this day-long seminar held in Denver in early May. He was also a presenter of the program entitled “Current Issues in Public Trustee Foreclosures”. Bill Frey was also a featured speaker at the seminar and brought his tax law experience to bear in this talk entitled “Tax Liens in Public Trustee Foreclosures”.
