Barbara R. Butler named Partner

Dufford, Waldeck, Milburn & Krohn, LLP, is pleased to announce that Barbara R. Butler has become a partner of the firm.

Barbara’s practice will continue to focus on civil litigation, real estate matters, estate planning, and probate. Her litigation practice includes a wide variety of issues, from property disputes and business matters to service as special administrator and trustee for numerous matters.

She is involved locally with the Pro Bono Project, which coordinates the provision of free legal services to the poor and victims of domestic violence. She serves as Treasurer for the Access to Justice Committee which is actively working towards improvement of our citizens’ ability to navigate the judicial system. Barbara also serves on the board of KAFM Radio. During law school, Barbara served as Editor-in-Chief for the Arizona Law Review and upon graduation clerked at the Colorado Court of Appeals, for the now-retired Honorable Jose D.L. Marquez.

When not working, Barbara enjoys in spending time with her husband, photographer B.E. (Bradley) Butler, visiting friends and family, and assisting talented artists reach their full potential.
