Jon is a civil litigator. He has represented, and litigated against, large national financial institutions in cases involving complex financial products and billions of dollars of alleged damages. He has also advocated for local landowners and other medium- to large-sized businesses.
Jon graduated magna cum laude (top 15% of his class) from Washington & Lee University School of Law where he served as Lead Articles Editor for the school's flagship journal. After practicing on the Front Range, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable J. Scott Hacker, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, he came home to Grand Junction in 2017.
A third generation Grand Junction native, Jon loves the outdoors, spending time with his family, and Brazilian jiu jitsu.
