• Savage v. Williams Production RMT Co., 140 P.3d 67 (Colo. App. 2005), certiorari denied. Successful mineral rights royalty dispute.
• Kinney v. Keith, 128 P.3d 297 (Colo. App. 2005), certiorari denied. Successful mineral rights dispute.
